• Jumia Gift Cards are valid for 90 days from purches date and are not valid beyond the expiry date shown on the voucher.
• Once a voucher is issued and activated, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
• Jumia Gift Cards can only be redeemed for eligible products or services available on the Jumia platform.
• The total value of the voucher cannot exceed the maximum amount specified for that particular voucher.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers or used to purchase additional vouchers.
• To redeem a Jumia Gift Card, the voucher holder must enter the unique voucher code during the checkout process on the Jumia website or app.
• The voucher value will be deducted from the total order amount.
• If the order value exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance can be paid using other accepted payment methods.
• If the voucher code is used in a canceled order, the code will be automatically re-activated within 24 Hrs from the cancellation.
• If the voucher is used in a returned order, please contact our customer support 19586 for re-activation of the voucher code
• Jumia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of vouchers.
• It is the voucher holder's responsibility to keep the voucher code secure and confidential.
• Jumia will not reissue or reimburse the value of lost or stolen vouchers.
• Jumia reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
• The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions will be applicable to all gift voucher issuance and redemption.
